Can I change my plan as my business grows?
Yes. Switch plans at any time from your billing settings — changes are prorated by Stripe and take effect immediately.
What counts towards the team limit?
Everyone in your organization, plus any invitations you've sent that haven't been accepted yet.
What happens if my team outgrows the plan?
You'll be told when you try to invite someone past the limit, and nothing you've already got stops working. Move up a plan and carry on.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 90 days with full access to everything, and no credit card required to start.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven't added a payment method your team's access pauses, but nothing is deleted. Add a card and everything is exactly where you left it.
